At Helping Hands Primary, we strive to provide the highest quality virtual consultation services to our patients. We understand that there may be instances where a refund or rescheduling is necessary, and we are committed to handling these requests in a fair and transparent manner.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

  • Cancellation by the Provider: If a scheduled virtual consultation is canceled by the provider due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be eligible for a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • Technical Issues: If technical difficulties on our platform or the provider’s end prevent the consultation from taking place, you will be eligible for a full refund or a rescheduled consultation.
  • Unsatisfactory Service: If you are unsatisfied with the consultation due to a service-related issue, you may be eligible for a refund, subject to review.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

  • Patient No-Show: If you fail to attend the scheduled consultation without prior cancellation or rescheduling, the payment will not be refunded.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will not be eligible for a refund. However, rescheduling may be allowed depending on availability.
  • Completed Consultations: Refunds will not be issued for services already rendered. If there is a concern with the quality of care, please contact us, and we will review your case.

3. Process for Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at info@helpinghandsprimary.com within 48 hours of your appointment.
  2. Provide details about the consultation and the reason for the refund request.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 5-7 business days with a resolution.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used during the booking.
  • Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please notify us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. You can reschedule through your account or by contacting our support team. There are no additional fees for rescheduling if done within the allowed time frame.
